Good overall. Would like to make a suggestion. 8 members of the group boarded the wrong ferry but luckily could rejoin with help. It would have been good if the Guide's contact number was available to the tourists. It is a different passenger who called the centre (after usual delays of waiting) to get the separated parties re-united for the return journey..

EL RECORRIDO DEL TOUR SEGÚN LO OFRECIDO EN LA PÁGINA DE CIVITATIS NO FUE CUMPLIDO. NO SE NAVEGÓ POR EL LAGO CUOMO, NI TAMPOCO SE VISITÓ LUGANO COMO ESTABA PREVISTO. AL CONTRARIO, SOLO TUVIMOS 20 MINUTOS PARA RECORRER LUGANO Y SE NAVEGÓ POR EL LAGO DE LUGANO EN UN RECORRIDO DE PARADAS

THE TOUR ROUTE AS OFFERED ON THE CIVITATIS PAGE WAS NOT FULFILLED. LUGANO WAS NOT SAILED NOR LUGANO VISITED AS PLANNED. ON THE CONTRARY, WE ONLY HAD 20 MINUTES TO GO AROUND LUGANO AND WE SAIL AROUND LUGANO LAKE IN A ROUTE OF STOPS
