  • Pinacoteca Ambrosiana Established in 1618 by Cardinal Federico Borromeo, the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana is one of the best art galleries in Milan. It contains sketches by Leonardo da Vinci. 
  • Pinacoteca di Brera The Pinacoteca di Brera is considered to house one of the best art collections in all of Italy. It features artwork by great artists like Raphael and Caravaggio.
  • Museo Poldi Pezzoli The Museo Poldi Pezzoli is an elegant Milanese mansion built at the end of the nineteenth century that houses the former owner’s impressive art collection.

  • La Trienal The Triennale is an international cultural institution founded in 1923 to promote fine arts and architecture. The Design Museum is in the Palazzo dell’Arte.
  • Museo Arqueológico de Milán The Archaeological Museum of Milan is located in the former San Maurizio convent and features archaeological finds from various periods.

  • Museo de la Ciencia y Tecnología Milan’s Museo nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia “Leonardo da Vinci” is one of the most renowned museums of its field in the world. We believe it is not very interesting for tourists, except if you are passionate about science and technology.
