On this excursion from Milan, we'll visit Lake Como, one of the most amazing landscapes of northern Italy, and cross the border with Switzerland to Lugano.
Lake Como & Lugano Excursion
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the chosen meeting point in Milan and board a bus to our first destination of the day: Lake Como!
After an hour's drive, we'll arrive in the historic center of Como. There you'll have some free time to wander the streets and visit the main attractions of this charming town, such as the Como Cathedral and its pier.
Then, we'll climb aboard a boat to sail on Lake Como for an hour. Throughout the cruise, we'll enjoy breathtaking views – we may even see the Swiss Alps if it's a clear day! We'll also sail near the famous Villa d'Este, a luxury hotel nestled in the village of Cernobbio surrounded by acres of beautiful gardens.
After returning to the city of Como, we'll get back on the bus and continue the route until we cross the Swiss border and arrive in Lugano. There you'll have free time to have lunch and visit the city's most popular sites. The sophisticated shopping avenue of Via Nassa, the shoreside Casinò Lugano, the Cathedral, Piazza Riforma... You'll be captivated by all the charming places this city holds!
Finally, we'll take a train back to Milan, arriving after a total of 9 hours of excursion.

The tour includes pickup at the following meeting points in Milan at the indicated times:
- Milan Central Station: Departure will be at 8 am in high season (April 1 - November 5, 2023) or at 8:30 am in low season (November 6, 2023 - March 28, 2024).
- Largo Cairoli: Departure will be at 8:30 am in high season (from April 1 to November 5, 2023) or at 9 am in low season (November 6, 2023 - March 28, 2024).
