El viaje no fue lo pensado, a último momento recibimos un mensaje de que no íbamos a ir a Varenna, cuando reservamos la excursión porque era uno de los lugares que queríamos visitar, sin tiempo de poder cancelar para que nos reintegraran el dinero. Los lugares son bellos, pero no vale la pena ir en este tipo de excursión ya que el guía no explica mucho

The trip wasn't what we had planned. At the last minute, we received a message that we wouldn't be going to Varenna when we booked the tour because it was one of the places we wanted to visit. We didn't have time to cancel and get our money back. The places are beautiful, but it's not worth going on this type of tour since the guide doesn't explain much.

Anuncian un tour en el que pone que iremos a Varenna, y nos han cancelado este destino sin explicación alguna, y lo cambian por Lugano, que no nos ha gustado, creemos que ponen como publicidad Varena como reclamo para que contrates el tour, en mi caso yo lo contraté por el destino Varenna y he pagado algo bastante caro que no he visto. lo único bueno era el guía.

Con menos de 24h del comienzo de esta excursión,nos avisan por medio de Whatsap del cambio itinerario, en lugar de visitar Varenna, se visitaría Lugano, no nos dieron opción de la devolución del importe pagado. Al cambiar el itinerario de las visitas porque tenían que recoger un grupo en Como, sólo dispusimos para ver esta ciudad de 20/25m. No pudimos conocer ni Varenna ni Como. Manifestando nuestra disconformidad al guía y a través de Whatsap. Estamos muy decepcionados y engañados,

Less than 24 hours before the start of this excursion, we were notified via WhatsApp of the itinerary change. Instead of visiting Varenna, we would be visiting Lugano. Los lugares visitados son preciosos y merecen mucho la pena, pero el trabajo de la guía fue lamentable. No te daba ninguna explicación de interés, los datos los iba mirando en el móvil, incluso detectamos varios datos erróneos en lo que nos contaba. No nos dio ninguna recomendación en los pueblos para ver en el poco tiempo libre que teníamos. Fue igual que ir solos sin guía, solo nos recogía para volver al transporte. No repetiría.

The places we visited were beautiful and well worth the trip, but the guide's work was lamentable. She didn't provide any useful information; she kept looking up information on her phone, and we even found several inaccurate details in what she told us. She didn't give us any recommendations on which towns to visit in the little free time we had. It was like going alone without a guide; she just picked us up to return to the transport. I wouldn't repeat this tour.

En teoría se empezaba por Como, y luego se seguía x Bellagio y Bellano donde daba tiempo para ver varias cosas con explicación del guía. La hemos hecho al revés, en Bellano no nos han explicado nada y solo dio tiempo a tomar un café… no hemos visto Cadenabbia y en Como solo nos han explicado el Duomo…. La verdad es q esperábamos más explicaciones del guía

La excursión cambió de destino Varenna por Lugano cosa que no me gustó. El guía Eduardo no nos ha explicado casi nada, cosa que en otras excursiones si. Precio excesivo para lo que era. Mauricio buen chófer.
