La actividad en sí misma le falta un poco más sincronizar los tiempos, debido a la gran cantidad de gente , cuando llegas a las ciudades, va todo muy deprisa andando rápido desde las estaciones y cuando llegas no tienes tiempo para sacar entradas si quieres visitar algo, largas colas, incluso no se pudo visitar la catedral de Florencia porque cerraba a nuestra llegada,, no hay tiempo para comer.

La guía fue poco comunicativa. Apenas nos llevó a ambas ciudades, explicó lo básico y luego nos decía "nos vemos a tal hora acá". Era nueva al parecer, pero le faltaba mucho. No dieron opción de obtener boletos para subir a la Torre, por lo cual no pudimos (ella nos dijo que podíamos irlos a comprar pero fue pérdida de tiempo). También hubo un problema con el tren que nos dejó en una parada que no era, tuvimos que tomar un bus (pagando nosotros por aparte) ella no supo explicarnos qué pasó.

The guide was not very communicative. She just took us to both cities, explained the basics and then said "meet us at such and such time here." She was new, apparently, but she was still very much in the know. There was no option to get tickets to go up the Tower, so we couldn't (she told us we could go buy them but it was a waste of time). There was also a problem with the train that left us at the wrong stop, we had to take a bus (paying separately) but she couldn't explain what happened.

Las ciudades son geniales, y el Tour por ellas está estupendo. Pero se hace demasiado corto, en una ciudad como Florencia no ha sido posible estar más de 2 horas en ella, apenas da tiempo a ver tres cosas. Si quieres entrar al Duomo a una de sus galerías, pierdes ya todo el tiempo en una sola actividad. Debería cambiarse la actividad para hacer la visita de una sola ciudad, y a poder ser en bus, facilitando la flexibilidad horaria. Hemos pasado más tiempo en trenes que en las ciudades.

But it is too short, in a city like Florence it has not been possible to spend more than 2 hours in it, there is barely enough time to see three things. If you want to enter the Duomo to one of its galleries, you already waste all your time on a single activity. Al margen de que el tren de vuelta tuvo varuos atrasos. Claudia dejó mucho que desear. Nos dejaba frente a las zonas a visitar sin dar ningún tipo de explicación de que estábamos viendo (podríamos haber ido por nuestra cuenta perfectamente). Lo que si nos quedó claro es donde estaba su amigo de la tienda de Souvenirs). Teníamos entradas para ver el David y nos indicó mal la dirección. En el tren todo el grupo interactuaba y ella no levantaba la vista de su móvil y contestaba con monosílabos.

Uma vergonha! A pessoa que apareceu para nos levar na tour, nem sequer era um guia. A tour era para ser em inglês e espanhol, no entanto, o acompanhante da tour mal falava inglês, quanto mais espanhol. Não soubemos o nome dele. Correu pela estação central de Milão porque nem tinha visto o plano da tour e quis que apanhássemos um comboio. Apanhámos um comboio que ia com direção a Nápoles e tivemos que sair em Bolonha. Não tinha qualquer plano, nem falava com a agência para nos dar indicações.

El guía disponía de una lista en la que no aparecía nadie. Nos llevó corriendo hasta los andenes y habiendo perdido el tren nos subió a uno con destino a Nápoles sin billete exponiéndonos a una multa. Nosotras y otra chica tras ver el error decidimos bajarnos en Bolonia que era la primera parada De ahí volvimos a Milán pagándonos el tren, mientras el resto no sabemos donde terminarían. Por no hablar de la actitud irrespetuosa del guía al reprocharle la situación. Y me faltan caracteres para todo
