The tour was excellent, introducing us to aspects of Milan that we had not previously seen. However, by far the best part of the tour was our guide, Marco. He was entertaining, informative and dynamic, managing a large group with fantastic care and attention, while remembering peoples’ names and countries. Marco gave everyone a very warm welcome and a firm handshake on arrival and departure. He took great pride in his city, and we have never ever seen a guide picking up litter on his route!
