Me cancelaron la excursión porque no había suficientes personas para realizar el tour. Solo me devolvieron $3,149.64 y está pendiente de reembolsarme $5,604.36 ya que pagué un total de $8,754.00 Por whatsapp no me resolvieron nada y ya no sé a quien solicitarle este reembolso.

My tour was canceled because there weren't enough people to take the tour. They only returned $3,149.64 to me and they are pending to reimburse me $5,604.36 since I paid a total of $8,754.00. They did not resolve anything through WhatsApp and I no longer know who to ask for this refund.
