La verdad que la excursión es un 10 el guía otro 10 el tema que arrancó mal la excursión falta de respeto y ética del operador que cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro a las 8 00 ya no estaban y a otra persona le pasó lo mismo y cuando llamábamos al teléfono de reclamos se porto con una falta de respeto y de que nunca querer solucionar el problema tuve que tomar un taxi y seguir el micro para que pare y me dejen subir si no perdia la excursión Gente como esa es la que hace mal a la empresa
