Do not go there without checking and double checking. At arrival two museums informed us they did no longer collaborate with Milan Pass. One good advise for the provider: Milan Pass should be there for the customers, not the other way round.

We check that the museums that appear on the website are still included.

Las opciones para visitar son realmente buenas pero el tiempo concedido de 2 días, es ridículamente corto. Por esta razón no recomiendo comprar este Pase. Disfruté de algunas de las actividades incluidas con el Pass, muy pocas, pero las que pude visitar me agradaron mucho.

Los trabajadores tanto del metro, como del tranvía como del bus no saben lo que es esta tarjeta. Tube que pagar todos los transportes. No me ja servido. Un auténtico robo.

MUY DESCONTENTO, MAL SERVICIO, ESTAFADO. Bastante mal, al obtener las entradas del pass, la entrada del estadio San Siro había sido arrancada por lo que tuve que abonar 30€ de mi bolsillo para acceder al mismo. Empeorándolo todavía más siendo que a mis compañeros les devolvieron el dinero, yo fui ignorado y no recibí ni un solo euro. Jamás volvería a contratar sus servicios ya que no cumplen lo que proponen ni mucho menos,

Son unos timadores. Te aseguran que vas a disponer de entradas para diferentes actividades y lugares pero luego, una vez comprado, en la oficina de Milán te dan el dossier con las entradas incompleto. En nuestro caso nos dieron el dossier con la entrada del estadio de San Siro (30€) literalmente arrancada. Intentamos reclamarla, pero no tuvimos éxito ya que nos ponían excusas penosas. Nada recomendable, sale mucho mejor comprar las entradas por separado en las oficinas propias de cada lugar.

They are scammers. They assure you that you will have tickets for different activities and places but then, once purchased, at the Milan office they give you the incomplete dossier with the tickets. In our case, they gave us the dossier with the ticket for the San Siro stadium (€30) literally ripped off. We tried to claim it, but were unsuccessful as lame excuses were made. Nothing recommended, it is much better to buy the tickets separately in the offices of each place.

Fuimos a la oficina de turismo de Milán y nos dijeron que no nos podían dar entradas del estadio San Siro porque no tenían. Cuando en la reserva estaba contratado. Si no tienen ,nos tendrían que abonar la diferencia, estoy muy disgustada con el servicio contratado con Civitatis y no lo recomiendo para nada. Leer bien lo que contratáis con esta empresa.
