En general nos ha gustado, pero había un plástico que nos impedía una visión nítida, y no hacía frío. La gente además muy maleducada, levantándose y aglomerándose en la parte delantera impidiendo la visión. El paseo en barco es entretenido, pero las vistas no eran demasado bonitas, falta por cuidar esta parte de la ciudad. Por otro lado, el personal ha sido muy agradable. Dos dia antes nos cambian el horario de salida con lo cual tuvimos que reorganizar otras actividades que teníamos programadas. Audioguia no funcionaba. Y el paseo por los canales muy poco atractivo. Esperaba mucho más, sinceramente

Fatal. Me he gastado 76 euros y cual fue mi sorpresa que me presente a la fecha y hora indicada y había una nota que se suspendía el paseo en barco por un motivo del estado del agua. Evidentemente estoy muy disgustado porque primero nadie me aviso con antelación, segundo porque fui a posta y tercero porque nadie me ha abonado los 76 euros que costó dicha actividad.
