Deberían avisar que nadie aparece para entregar tu entrada, que tienes que dirigirte a la taquilla y que al final pagas 13 euros más por nada. Cuando pregunté si alguien nos llevaba de guía tal y como especifica en la actividad me dijeron que el atrás estaba a lo largo del recorrido. Pude saber qué hacer gracias a que se acercaba la hora y por allí no había nadie me dio por mirar los comentarios. Falta mucha información a la hora de hacer la reserva.

La reserva era por visita con guía. Al llegar al estadio no había nadie, y en la taquilla nos dijeron que la visita era por libre y nos dieron un ticket por valor de 22€. Yo pagué 35€ por visita guiada. Por tanto, quiero abrir una reclamación por el servicio no prestado, he pagado 13€ extras .

Totalmente falso lo que venden, no compren en civitatis, todos los tours que reservé en Italia con ellos fueron pésimos, en este solo nos dieron la entrada y pasamos, nadie nos explicó nada, la entrada por tu cuenta es muchísimo más barato de lo que te lo ofrece civitatis, estoy muy molesto con esta empresa por qué solo me quitó más dinero en vez de economizar , (AÚN ESPERO MK REEMBOLSO DEL COLISEO )

What they sell is totally false, do not buy from Civitatis. All the tours I booked in Italy with them were terrible. For this one, they just gave us the entrance fee and we went through. No one explained anything to us. The entrance fee on your own is much cheaper than what Civitatis offers. I am very upset with this company because they just took more money from me instead of saving me money. (I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND FROM THE COLISEUM ON MK.)
