La dirección no estaba clara. El bus no partía de Via Cusana sino de Foro Buonaparte.

Lamentamos que no te resultase útil, pero en la descripción de la actividad ofrecemos un mapa que le indica la dirección exacta y en el bono de reserva que se manda al efectuar la reserva viene detallada toda la información relativa al punto de encuentro.

A very long day, tour guides were great especially Mauricio, very informative, 6 hours on a bus, 13 hours round trip with no charging points for phones on the coach, boat trip was great, but running out of battery, To help I would suggest water for passengers and maybe supply samples of local dishes, a good day but not great

Fue bastante desastrosa. Solo vimos Manarola y Monterroso y nos volvimos a Milan sin poder ver los otros tres pueblos, además de que no cogimos el barco. La guía no nos ofreció ningún tipo de ayuda y achacó todo el problema al clima, pero ni si quiera nos ofreció ninguna explicación valida. Además varios de los que hicimos la excursión solicitamos ver los pueblos con el autobus o con el tren pero se negó rotundamente y dijo que si haciamos eso sería por nuestra cuenta y riesgo.

It was pretty disastrous. We only saw Manarola and Monterroso and we returned to Milan without being able to see the other three towns, in addition to not taking the boat. The guide did not offer us any kind of help and blamed the whole problem on the weather, but he did not even offer us any valid explanation. In addition, several of us who did the excursion asked to see the towns by bus or train, but he flatly refused and said that if we did that it would be at our own risk.
