A beautiful trip to a beautiful city! I had a lovely time walking through Venice's gorgeous narrow streets and riding a gondola. The guide was very knowledgeable and worried about making sure we had a good time, even in the face of an unexpected marathon that forced him to change routes. La única observación es que, el paseo en góndola que al ofrecerlo dijeron que era de 25 minutos, solo dura 15 minutos y fuimos llevados una vuelta manzana por un lugar poco elegante. Dimos la vuelta pasando por la puerta de la comisaria para volver al puerto. La queja la hago por que en otra oportunidad que visite Venecia fui en góndola y el paseo fue por el centro de la ciudad y con música, y el trayecto fue de 25 minutos.

La actividad fue muy apresurada con reloj en mano, se supone que regresaríamos a las 7:30pm y terminamos llegando 8:45pm. A pesar de habernos traído con el tiempo exacto, llegamos tarde de regreso y todo porque el chófer del autobús se fue por otro lado para evitar trafico y nos tocó andar entre los suburbios vuelta y vuelta, en la excursión nos dieron para comer 1 hora y obvio había gente y el servicio por ende era lento, pero lo poco que se conoció de Venecia estuvo muy bien. La excursión merece la pena para conocer Venecia aunque sea unas horas. Las explicaciones del guía están bien, lo único que al llegar a Venecia te dividen en dos grupos pero el guía es el mismo para los dos, por lo que si te toca el grupo que ha de ir más alejado la radio se entrecorta. La única pega es que te hacen recoger y dejar a gente en Bergamo. Cosa que no está avisado en la descripción de la actividad y que te hace perder tiempo.

The excursion is worthwhile to get to know Venice, even if it's just a few hours. The guide's explanations are good, the only thing is that when you arrive in Venice they divide you into two groups but the guide is the same for both, so if you get the group that has to go further away the radio cuts out. Bien, aunque la guía de Venecia, se equivoco varias veces, haciendo que cada viajero esperara en un lugar diferente. El guía del tour, no se mostró demasiado amable cuando le dije que el audioguia no funcionaba. Me dijo que lo escuchara a él, en lugar de darme otro.

La excursión en sí cumple con lo que promete, pero no deja de decepcionar. Por un lado empezamos mal, al no haber nadie esperando en el exterior del autobús y sin ningún letrero que indicase el destino, no estando exactamente en la zona marcada (esquina). En cuanto a la excursión en sí misma, quitando que los tiempos de desplazamiento son los que son obviamente, las explicaciones del guía fueron vagas y el tour por la propia ciudad fue cortísimo, al igual que el tiempo libre.

Primeramente cogimos la excursión en martes porque era cuando único tenían la opción bilingüe. Una vez en el autobús nos dice el guía del mismo que él no habla mucho español (luego lo intentó pero no se le entendía nada), y que el guia local en Venecia tampoco, por lo que nos pusimos inmediatamente en contacto con el proveedor de la excursión y no se si a raiz de ese email la guía local fue un encanto y hablaba muy bien español. Creo que es un viaje cansador para el poco tiempo que se está en Venecia. El guía fue muy bueno pero lo que no nos gustó es la forma en que manejo la venta de paseo en góndola donde en realidad no salió más caro que si lo hubiésemos hecho en forma particular. Considero que de esa manera hace quedar mal a la empresa
