This was a terrible experience. Your guide never showed up. We were exactly where we were told to be at 2:26 p.m. No one showed up. The people at the ticket office said NO tour was scheduled and they tried calling several numbers to get in touch with our guide. Again, no one showed up and we were given no tour. We expect a full and immediate refund of our money. This was the worst experience we have had in three weeks in Italy.

We have confirmed that due to an error you were allowed to book at a time when this tour does not run. We are sorry for the situation. The issue has been corrected and, of course, a refund has been issued.

I was in the meeting point 10min before the tour and no one was there. And if the guide was there, they did not have any civitatis paraphernalia or similar. I ended buying the ticket by myself.

No nos vinieron a buscar, nos pasamos mas de 40 mins buscando a la guia. Finalmente entró sin nosotros y tuvimos que buscarla dentro. Las personas de la taquilla de la catedral optaron por darnos las entradas para poder buscarla en el interior. No lo recomiendo para nada. Es un sufrimiento pagar para tener un mal servicio

Mala experiencia. El operador del tour el pasado 11/02 en inglés a las 11:00 no se presentó en el punto de encuentro. Estuve durante media hora esperando en la calle por si aparecía, veía a alguien identificado con el paraguas de civitatis o me llamaba porque tenía mis datos de contacto y nada. En el infopoint del duomo pregunté por si conocían la ubicación de los tours de civitatis y tampoco. La peor experiencia de todos los tours que he hecho.

Bad experience. The tour operator last 02/11 in English at 11:00 did not show up at the meeting point. I spent half an hour waiting on the street in case he appeared, saw someone identified with the civitatis umbrella or called me because he had my contact information and nothing. At the duomo infopoint I asked if they knew the location of the civitatis tours and they didn't either. The worst experience of all the tours I have done.
