Lo unico que plantearia como una oportunidad de mejora es que aclaren que todas las entradas al Duomo y a La Ulitima Cena están incluidas. Un poco desorganizado, nos citaron en un punto 10 minutos antes de la hora y tras 30, seguía sin aparecer nadie. Nos dio por dar la vuelta a la manzana y preguntar al conductor de un autobús turístico y nos comentaron que seguramente sería el nuestro, pero no lo tenían seguro. Hasta el DUOMO la excusión es en bus, después vamos a pie a la catedral, el teatro y la última cena. Los guías que explicaban los puntos de interés pertenecían a otra empresa que no era Civitatis.

No sé hizo parte de lo previsto. El Castelo sforzano lo vimos desde el autocar, no visitamos el patio como se indica en la planificación. Yo compré la excursión en español y fue bilingüe, creo que eso hay que avisar porque se pierde información y hay que ir a toda prisa. El guía hizo lo que pudo pero la organización muy mal
