Bastante bien, solo dos puntualizaciónes; el punto de encuentro no es Via Cusani, 18 es a la espalda en Foro Buonaparte; en St. Moritz solo pudimos comer y muy rápido, hubiese estado muy bien a ver estado 3 horas para pasear y comer más relajados.

Marco and Salvatore were excellent driver and guides respectively! We were provided with information and anecdotes as we went along the trip, he was also sensitive when we needed to sleep! The tour was long but we got to see different panoramas along the way, never boring - you won't notice time passing while you are marveling at the scenery. Bring your camera or phone fully charged plus powerbank! I wish a wifi connection is provided while we are in Swiss territory esp for Italian sim users.

Todo genial salvo que en el Ticket figura Berlina express que es otro tipo de tren y en la letra chica aparece el tren más barato. Eso en Argentina nos asegura una queja en la oficina de defensa del consumidor. Lástima la última excursión con Uds (hice 4!!!!) y me voy pensando si voy a repetir con Civitatis en mi próximo viaje. Los paisajes y vistas son muy bonitos pero la guía que nos tocó, Lina, era más bien una monitora. No nos dio ningún dato de interés, solo se limitaba a señalar lo que ya podíamos ver por la ventana: a la izquiera caballos a la derecha flores alpinas…así 3hs de bus. Al llegar a St. Moritz solo nos enseñó donde comprar chocolates y souvenirs, nada más. Ojo: el tren en el que se viaja realmente no es el Bernina, es uno de los regionales rojos que van a Tirano pero merece la pena!!

The landscapes and views are very beautiful but the guide that we had, Lina, was more of a monitor. Experiencia muy recomendable para todo aquel que viaje a Milán. Fuimos en invierno y estaba todo nevado y los lagos helados para caminar por encima. El viaje en tren y en autobús se hace muy ameno por las explicaciones de la guía Sabrina. Pero mucho ojo si viajáis en tiempos de covid, es necesario un test rápido para volver de Suiza a Italia y en ningún momento en la web se explica, tan solo la tarde de antes te lo dicen. Tendrían que dejar claras esas cosas, sino puedes verte en un buen lío.

Te recogen en bus, te piden el pasaporte covid (cosa que le añade un plus en seguridad) y te llevan por caminos preciosos hacia los Alpes Suizos. Hacen varias paradas para visitar la iglesia de Tirano y tomar algo caliente. Le doy solo 4 estrellas porque a pesar de que era obligatorio llevar mascarilla, mucha gente se la sacaba en el bus o el tren y, a pesar de comentarlo al guía, no se solventó el problema y la gente seguía sin mascarilla.

Excursión cien por cien recomendable. Las vistas son increíbles ya desde el autobús que nos llevó hasta Tirano y luego, una vez en el tren, son únicas. El viaje de dos horas y cuarto por el medio de los Alpes y viendo hasta los lagos nevados es de postal. En St. Moritz estuvimos hora y media. Tiempo suficiente porque es pequeño y da para ver el pueblo y hacerse fotos sobre el lago (nevado) o incluso dar un pequeño paseo sobre él. Y nuestra guía Mara ha sido maravillosa. O passeio eh fantástico porém houve um problema na volta com o ônibus que ficou preso no gelo o que causou um atraso de 2 h para sairmos de St Moritz. Hubo poco tiempo libre en St Moritz apenas 30 minutos. Dentro del tren si no estabas junto a la ventana era muy difícil hacer fotos. El completo de la excursion es muy recomendable. Son vistas únicas e increíbles. Sin duda repetiría, no obstante el precio es un poco elevado porque tan solo regalaran una botella de agua. La comida no está incluida, se ofrece un menú de 16 euros aparte, si quieres lo tomas y si no no hay problema, vas por tu cuenta y tiempo libre. Simona la guía muy correcta y preocupada por el grupo. Fue una experiencia muy linda, agradezco el orden y la puntualidad, la guía sumamente amable y organizada, todas las explicaciones fueron puntualizadas y suficientes, sin embargo un detalle que escapa completamente del servicio del tour es que cuando hay familias que asisten con niños pequeños que no saben comportarse puede generar momentos estresantes.

Se realiza con una empresa subcontratada. El verdadero atractivo de la actividad es el Bernina Express, pero queda en un segundo plano...importa más las paradas técnicas y casualmente parar en el café determinado y consensuado. Pasar lista para almorzar a las 11:30 en el restaurante “x”, y llegar a Saint Moritz para estar 50min y llevarte directo a una pastelería para que consumas. El precio haciéndolo por libre es ligeramente más barato, aún así lo hubiera preferido. Todo negocio.

Recomendaría la experiencia muy completa. Lo que cambiaría, hoy éramos dos grupos grandes en vez de hacerlos mixto (inglés y español, por lo q la guía dice todo en un idioma y luego en el otro) haría dos grupos separados por idioma . A nuestra guía Mónica, creo que la empresa debería de darle un curso de refresco de español porque es muy buena guía pero se nota que le falta perfeccionar el idioma como para ser guía. la última parada del tour la quitaría, y pondría más tiempo en otras
