Lo que merece la pena de la excursión son las vistas desde el bernina. La organización fue un desastre, desde la bienvenida, que la guía no estuvo en su sitio, hasta la vuelta, que después de más de dos horas de tren fue con prisas para coger el autobús y volver otras dos horas y media sin parar. La guía Alexia no estuvo a la altura, poco entusiasmo y le daba igual si le decíamos que no se escuchaba . No volvería en estas condiciones.

What is worth the excursion are the views from the Bernina. The organization was a disaster, from the welcome, when the guide was not in place, to the return, which after more than two hours on the train was in a hurry to catch the bus and return for another two and a half hours without stopping. El itinerario no fue bien organizado: no tuvimos tiempo para desayunar en el restaurante de carretera al que nos llevaron, ni opciones para comer en el pueblo al que nos llevaron. El tren se canceló por problemas en la vía, hicimos parte de trayecto en bus, de pie, incómodos; pagamos por una experiencia que no tuvimos. Faltó experiencia y pericia por parte de la guía para esto y no tuvimos un vagón para el grupo como dijo. En el trayecto en tren no contamos con información por parte de la guía.

Publicidad engañosa. La mayor parte del recorrido se hace en autobús, y después del tren, en Tirano, en la descripción especifica que hay 2 horas libres para verlo, sin embargo, nos han dirigido directamente al autobús para volver a Milán. Hemos hablado con los dos guías y nos han contestado, que eso no entra y le echan la culpa a la empresa y a civitatis. No recomiendo estos guías, son los peores que nos hemos encontrado, explicaciones mínimas y repetitivas, y no se paran a escucharte.

Misleading advertising. Most of the tour is done by bus, and after the train, in Tirano, in the description it specifies that there are 2 hours free to see it, however, we have been directed directly to the bus to return to Milan. We have spoken with the two guides and they have told us that this does not fit and they blame the company and civitatis. I do not recommend these guides, they are the worst we have come across, minimal and repetitive explanations, and they do not stop to listen to you.

La actividad del tren es muy buena, pero no pde ser que por trafico estemos solo 10 minutos en S Tropez, que era lo que mas queríamos conocer. Es una vergüenza, la verdad deben devolvernos el 50% del dinero! Muy enojados!
