La actividad me pareció que vale la pena hacerla, St. Moritz me pareció muy linda, volvería a la ciudad. El paseo en tren se nos hizo muy largo, son 2,5 arriba del tren y por momentos se hace monótono. Algo que no me gusto es que supuestamente teníamos guía en español pero solo hablaba inglés e italiano, eso hizo que no entendiéramos todo al 100 % al menos yo. La actividad es muy recomendable. El único inconveniente es que yo la contraté en español y hasta que no hice el pago no se me dijo que en español solo era los fines de semana y nosotros lo hicimos en viernes. Se lo comentamos al guia y nos dijo que era solo en ingles, a pesar de haber bastantes hispanohablantes. Solamente al final , hacia comentarios en español,lo cual es de agradecer. Por este motivo, nos sentimos un poco engañados. Pero insisto, merece la pena .

En primer lugar palabras de agradecimiento al guía por la buena onda y que explicó todo tanto en inglés como en español. Realmente estuvo a la altura del paseo. En segundo y último lugar, creo que el precio que se paga no es acorde al paseo. O bajan el precio y siguen ofreciendo este servicio o mantienen el precio y mejorar el servicio. Puntos a criticar: La competencia viajaba en el tren bernina original (Nosotros no), podian bajar en las paradas ( Nosotros no) y el trayecto nuestro era peor.

La experiencia ha sido maravillosa. El trato con el conductor y la guía han sido perfectos. Nos han atendido en todo momento, se han preocupado que estuviésemos todo el grupo y de no perdernos al igual que de enseñarnos las cosas e informarnos. Solo tuvimos un problema con el bus, en una subida con curvas muy cerradas al conductor le costó subirla el autobús se le calaba, pero lo solventó francamente bien, se nota que tienen una gran experiencia en este recorrido.
