Anna fue una excelente guía. Se preocupaba por explicar a cada uno, además es muy divertida. El recorrido me parece que está súper bien en tiempos. Además nos tocó un clima súper lindo. Volvería a tomarlo en verano. En el Bernina obviamente estás a expensas de los asientos, pero a mi me tocó gente súper amable que permitía tomar fotos aunque no fueras en la ventana. Después de esperar media hora y ver que el bus no llegaba decidimos llamar al proveedor, quien nos atendió de muy malas formas y nos dijo que el bus ya había salido sin darnos ninguna solución y sin contactar con nosotros.Habíamos planeado este viaje en base a esta actividad por lo que nuestra decepción fue total.Ahora estamos a la espera de que civitatis nos haga el reembolso.
