San Juan,

Anna was great! She shared much information, repeated when necessary, and made sure everyone was well. We only wish they would consider cancelling or postponing this tour when it’s a rainy day (you can’t appreciate the scenery and key spots); other than that it was good.

Overall I liked the trip to Lake Como. Bus was clean and spacious without overcrowding. I was disappointed by the cancellation of two elements of our trip. Could've been better planned. Room for improvement. At this price I expect more more not less. In conclusion, I have an overall positive opinion of the trip.

We regret that the route suffered modifications due to the remodeling works at the destination. Even so, we have been able to verify that the provider notified you of the change sufficiently in advance. We are sorry if this caused any inconvenience and we will do our best to keep these incidents to a minimum.
